山药对小鼠体力疲劳缓解及抗氧化作用的研究 被引量:9

THE PHYSICAL FATIGUE RELIEVING AND ANTIOXIDATION ABILITY OF YAM ON MICE

摘要 研究山药对90 min游泳(Ⅰ组)和力竭游泳恢复(Ⅱ组)后小鼠体力疲劳缓解及抗氧化作用。与安静对照组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组中运动组尿素氮(BUN)升高,肝糖原(LG)降低,I组中血乳酸(BLA)升高,Ⅱ组中BLA降低,I组间差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅰ、Ⅱ组心、脑中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)差异不显著(P>0.05),肝中SOD显著降低(P<0.05),肝和心中丙二醛(MDA)变化差异不显著(P>0.05),其中Ⅱ组脑内MDA显著增加(P<0.05)。与运动组相比,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组中山药剂量组的BUN差异不显著(P>0.05),I组BLA显著降低(P<0.05),Ⅱ组差异不显著(P>0.05),LG升高,其中Ⅰ组山药高剂量和Ⅱ组山药各个剂量组呈显著性差异(P<0.05);I组中山药低、高剂量组和Ⅱ组中山药低剂量组肝中SOD显著升高(P<0.05);I组山药中、高剂量组肝中MDA和Ⅱ组山药中剂量组肝、脑中MDA显著下降(P<0.05)。山药在两组中都以调节LG为靶点缓解体力疲劳,对两组小鼠不同器官的抗氧化水平调节方式不同。 The present study was to investigate the physical fatigue relieving and antioxidation ability of Chinese yam on mice of 90 minutes swimming (groupⅠ) and exhaustive swimming recovering (group Ⅱ), respectively. The results found that yam had no influence on the body and organ weight of mice in the different groups. The blood level of urea nitrogen (BUN) was increased, while hepatic glycogen (LG) was descreased in the exercise group ofⅠ and Ⅱ compared to the control (quiet group) ; the blood lactate acid (BLA) of group Ⅰ was increased, the BLA of group Ⅱ was decreased, and the difference between the group Ⅰ was significant (P〈0.05). The activity of SOD , heart and brain of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no significant difference (P〉0.05), while the MDA in liver and heart had no significant difference (P〉0.05), while the SOD activing in liver was significant (P〈 0.05), and MDA in brain was increased significantly (P 〈0.05). Compared to exercise group, the BUN contents in the yam dose groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ had no siguficant difference (P〉0.05),the BLA content of group I was decreased significantiy (P〈 0.05 ) , the group Ⅱ had no significant difference (P〉 0.05 ), but the LG content was increased,where in the yam dose group Ⅰ had significant difference (P〈0.05)with the every dose group of yam dose group Ⅱ ; the SOD contents in low-dose and high-dose groups Ⅰ and in low-dose group of group Ⅱ was increased significantiy (P〈0.05);and MDA contents in liver of medium-dose and high-dose groups of group Ⅰ and MDA contents in liver and brain of low-dose and medium-dose groups of group Ⅱ were decreased signficantly (P〈0.05).The yam in the two groups were to adjust the LG as the target to alleviate physical fatigue, and the regulation manner of the antioxidant levels of different organs in the two groups were also different.
