中国情境下个体适应性绩效对工作绩效的作用机制——基于个体认知和组织政治知觉的调节作用研究

摘要 根据企业资源理论和认知理论,我们认为组织政治知觉和个体认知差异构成了适应性绩效—工作绩效关系间的突发事件。通过对CNKI数据库进行文献回顾和理论推演,我们发现适应性绩效与工作绩效正相关,个体认知差异和组织政治知觉影响适应性绩效—工作绩效之间的关系。
