摘要
针对现有牧草中耕施肥作业机具存在作业效果不理想,施肥均匀性、稳定性差等实际问题,设计一种结构简单、随地仿形效果好,开沟深度调节方便的牧草仿形深施肥机。重点介绍整机结构、工作原理,确定机具关键部件的结构参数。通过深施肥试验表明,该机具具有工作性能稳定、施肥深度均匀一致,作业效率高,能够满足牧草中耕追肥作业要求。
The paper aims to solve the problems of unsatisfactory effect,poor stability and lack of uniformity that existed in the traditional fertilization for fodder grass.A deep-fertilization machine was hence designed with the characteristics of simple operation and better profiling effect.The paper delves into overall structure,working principle and key structure parameters.Through the application in the field,it proves that the deep-fertilization machine has stable working performance and high efficiency,which can meet the requirements of deep fertilization for fodder grass.
