摘要
基于CFD数值模拟技术,研究5GDZ1500型钢带式干燥设备均风装置内气流速度的分布,运用k-ε标准双方程湍流模型对不同气流速度对均风装置内气流分布的情况进行仿真模拟,并与试验测得结果相比较,证明模拟方案可行,而且说明气流通过均风装置后不是直接穿过干燥钢带。
Based on numerical simulations with computational fluid dynamics(CFD)technique,the distribution of airflow fields in wind device for 5GDZ1500steel-belt drying equipment was studied.The numerical simulation of the k-εstandard two-equation turbulence models was carried out to analyze the effect of wind speeds on the airflow distribution in the wind guide device.The predictions were checked against the results of the experiments and CFD was considered practicable,and proved airflow did not directly crosses the dryer steel-belt by wind guide device the post.
