基于BOOST的农用生物柴油发动机性能仿真研究

摘要 生物柴油是一种清洁可再生燃料,利用BOOST软件建立农用生物柴油发动机模型,研究掺混20%的菜籽油(RME20)和掺混20%的大豆油(SME20)对缸内燃烧特性和发动机性能的影响规律,并与燃用纯石化柴油的缸内燃烧特性和发动机性能进行对比。结果表明,最大扭矩工况和额定工况下,燃用纯石化柴油的缸内压力峰值和最高缸内温度值最大,RME20的值居中,SME20的值最小。与燃用纯石化柴油相比,发动机燃用RME20和SME20时,有效燃油消耗率和排气温度均增加,功率和扭矩均降低。RME20的有效燃油消耗率增加率、排气温度增加率、功率下降率和扭矩下降率均小于SME20。燃用掺混菜籽油或大豆油的混合燃料时,必须根据燃料的掺混比例相应调整燃油喷射系统,增加循环喷油量来提升功率和扭矩。 Biodiesel is considered as the clean and renewable fuel.The model of agricultural engine fueled with biodiesel is established by BOOST software.The effects of blended 20% rapeseed biodiesel(RME20)and blended 20% soybean biodiesel(SME20)on the combustion characteristics and engine performance are investigated.The results are compared with the combustion and performance of the engine fueled with pure petro-diesel.The results show that under the maximum torque condition and rated condition,the peak pressure and the maximum in-cylinder temperature for pure petro-diesel are largest,and then are RME20,SME20.Compared with pure petro-diesel,fuel consumption rate and exhaust temperature for RME20 and SME20increase,the engine power and torque decrease.The increase in fuel consumption rate and exhaust temperature,the decrease in power and torque for RME20 is less than that for SME20.When diesel engines are fueled with rapeseed biodiesel or soybean biodiesel blended fuel,the cycle fuel injection quantity must be increased to increase power and torque.
