平模固体燃料成型机的结构改进和性能分析

Structure improvement and performance analysis of plat mold solid fuel forming machine

针对平模成型机使用寿命短、产量低等缺点,以平模运动、辊轮采用弹簧压紧固定于料桶的形式对平模成型机进行改进。经简要分析,表明该改进保证了平模成型机结构简单、加工灵活等优点,并能提高加工产量、减少摩擦损耗、延长使用寿命、保障成型质量,为平模成型机的研究提供一定的改进思路。

Aiming at the flat mold forming machine of short service life and low yield,it was improved.With the flat mold movement,by spring pressed and fixed in the barrel of the roller is used for processing biomass.Through a brief analysis,it shows that the improved to ensure flat mold forming machine has the advantages of simple structure,flexible manufacture,while it can improve the processing yield,reduce friction loss,prolong the service life and ensure the forming quality.It is provided ideas of improvement on the flat mold forming machine.
