基于故障树分析的增氧机控制系统可靠性动态风险评价 被引量:1

摘要 为对水产养殖池塘的溶解氧进行有效监控,提出基于故障树分析的增氧机控制系统可靠性动态风险评价法。利用故障树分析法(FTA)确定增氧机控制系统在不同时空条件下影响溶解氧给定、系统通信、溶解氧检测和溶解氧控制等可靠性的主要风险因素,实时构建可靠性风险评价指标体系。建立权重跟随指标值动态变化的变权赋值模型,应用相对差异函数确定评价指标的隶属度,通过对增氧机控制系统可靠性动态风险进行综合评定和等级特征值计算,确定增氧机控制系统当前可靠性状态。以镇江市某个池塘增氧机控制系统可靠性为例进行动态风险综合评价,得出该系统当前可靠性风险等级为中等,该评价结果能够提供提高增氧机控制系统可靠性的科学依据。 To effectively monitor the dissolved oxygen in the ponds,the dynamic risk evaluation method for the aerator control system reliability based on Fault Tree Analysis(FTA)was worked out.Analysis method of FTA was applied to determine the major reliability risk factors affecting the dissolved oxygen given and system evaluation.The variable weight assignment model in which weight follows the index value dynamically was established,the membership degree of the evaluation index was determined by the applying relative difference function,the reliability status of the aerator control system was confirmed by applying the comprehensive assessment of the dynamic risk of the aerator control system reliability and the calculation of grade characteristic value.The dynamic risk comprehensive evaluation for the aerator control system reliability of the pond in Zhenjiang was carried out,the results have shown that the system reliability was at a medium risk level,this evaluation method can reflect the reliability risk profile of the aerator control system,the evaluation can provide the scientific basis for improving the system reliability.
