摘要 典型的土壤机械阻力连续测量系统在田间作业时,多采用笔记本电脑对数据进行显示和存储。本设计依据应变测力的测量原理,设计一种能够对土壤机械阻力实现连续测量的系统。该系统通过Arduino UNO将GPS数据、超声波测距传感器测量的距离数据和"S"型力传感器测得的力数据共同存储到SD卡中,能够准确地测量出土壤机械阻力的实际情况。本设计体积小、质量轻,成本低,容易操作,能够准确、连续地测量出土壤的机械阻力。 Ttypical continuous measurement system of soil mechanical resistance uses a laptop to display and store data when it operations in the field.This system was based on the principles of dynamometer strain,the continuous measurement was designed and tested.The GPS data,the distance data measured by ultrasonic distance sensor and the force data measured by"S"-type force sensor all were stored to the SD card by Arduino UNO,the system can measure the real-time soil mechanical resistance accurately.This type of continuous measurement was small,light,cheap and easy to operate,it can be used to measure the soil mechanical resistance accurately and continuously.
