摘要
目的应用广域数字化视网膜摄像系统(RetCamⅡ)研究早产儿视网膜病变发病情况,探讨其在早产儿视网膜病变诊断中的临床价值,为早期干预、减少视功能损伤提供科学依据。方法珠海市妇幼保健院眼科在2010年5月至2014年5月间经RetCamⅡ检查的早产儿2895例。表麻下用复方托吡卡胺滴眼液散瞳后采用RetCam Ⅱ进行双眼全面眼底照相检查,将眼底图像存档并分析,对病例进行统计分析。结果 2895例小儿中筛查出ROP患儿59例,筛查阳性率为2.04%。其中12例24到27孕周早产儿中发现ROP患儿5例;77例28到29孕周早产儿中发现ROP患儿18例;343例30到32孕周早产儿中发现ROP患儿23例;622例33到34孕周早产儿中发现ROP患儿4例;1821例35到37孕周早产儿中发现ROP患儿9例。而从体重分类:6例体重650g到999g早产儿中发现ROP患儿3例;70例体重1000g到1249g早产儿中发现ROP患儿15例;136例体重1250g到1499g早产儿中发现ROP患儿18例;569例体重1500g到1999g早产儿中发现ROP患儿15例;2114例体重超过2000g早产儿中发现ROP患儿8例。结论 RetCam Ⅱ可真实客观地观察到新生儿眼底病变的特征并追踪其变化及疗效,具有很好的临床应用价值。
Objective To observe the image and incidence of retinopathy in young children examined by t^etCam II digital retina camera and evaluate its effectiveness in diagnosis of retinopathy. To provide scientific proof for early intervention on chil- dren exemption from impairment of low vision or blindness. Methods Retrospective case-series study. 2895 premature children from May 2010 to May 2014 were examined by RetCam II digitial retina camera after pupils dilated ,and the images were saved for analysis. Cases were counted and expressed as percentage. Results RetCam II digitial retina camera examination identified 59 patients with retinal of retinopathy from 2895 young children. The screening positive rate reached 2.04%. Among the 59 patients, the gestation age of 5 eases were from 24 to 27 weeks,18 cases were from 28 to 29 weeks,23 cases were from 30 to 32 weeks,4 cases were from 33 to 34 weeks,9 cases were from 35 to 37 weeks;There were 8 cases being identified birth weight over 2000g. Conclusion RetCam II digitial retina camera is a safe and effective method for neonatal retinopathy screening.
