摘要
目的探讨BACTEC MGIT-960全自动分枝杆菌检测技术在结核病诊断中的应用价值。方法用BACTEC MGIT-960对1538例肺结核患者的痰标本进行分离培养及药敏实验,并与痰涂片抗酸染色及罗氏培养法对比。结果 BACTEC MGIT-960培养阳性率为42.85%,显著高于涂片阳性率25.42%;BACTEC MGIT-960培养及药敏时间分别为12.5d和8.3d,显著短于罗氏培养法的34.6d和31.2d;BACTEC MGIT-960法与罗氏培养法总的培养及药敏符合率分别为91.02%(kappa=0.82)和96.02%(kappa=0.82),两者具有高度的一致性。结论 BACTEC MGIT-960培养及药敏技术是一种比较理想的快速结核菌检测方法,在肺结核诊治中具有良好的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the application of the BACTEC MGIT 960 system for mycobacterial culture and drug sus- ceptibility test in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 1538 sputum samples from patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were collected for mycobacterial culture and drug susceptibility testing by BACTEC MGIT 960 system, and compare with the result by L-J (Lowenstein-Jensen) culture method and sputum smear for acid-fast staining method. Results The positive rate of culture by BACTEC MGIT 950 system was 42.847%,significantly higher than that of 25.42% by sputum smear method. The report time of culture and drug susceptibility testing by BACTEC MGIT 960 system were 12.5d and 8.3d,significantly less than that of 34.6d and 31.2d by L-J method. The results of culture and drug susceptibility testing by BACTEC MGIT 960 system and L-J method showed high coincidence (kappa=0.82). Conclusions BACTEC MGIT 960 system is a ideal rapid method for mycobacterial culture and drug susceptibility test and has good application value.
