摘要 针对燃气长输管线和城市管网门站计量站生产工艺的特点及燃气中含油、水、粉尘等复杂工况,开发了第六代燃气净化技术,并且完善了排污放散系统。这种最先进的燃气净化技术能高效脱除燃气生产中存在的油、水、泥浆及其它杂质,尤其在极端恶劣工况下,杂质脱除效果更为显著。该净化技术的过滤精度高,可达0.3μm,且运行阻力低于一般过滤装置。针对燃气门站排污及放散系统研发的PM2.5排污缓冲罐及燃气放散消声装置,不仅可实现燃气生产封闭式在线排污清灰,还解决了工业PM2.5排放污染和噪音污染问题。 According to the process characteristics of the long-distance natural gas pipeline and metering station of the urban pipe network gate station, as well as the existing of oil, water and dust in natural gas and other complicated conditions, the sixth generation of gas purification technology is developed and the sewage discharge system is improved. The most advanced natural gas purification technology can effectively remove the oil, water, mud and other impurities from the gas production process and the removal effect is more significant under extreme conditions. This purification technology has high filtration accuracy which reaches 0.3 μm, and its running resistance is lower than that of the general filters. The PM2.5 emission buffer tank and gas diffusion muffler device developed for the sewerage and bleed system in the gas gate station can not only realize the closed online sewage cleaning for the gas production, but also solve the problems of PM2.5 emission pollution and noise pollution.
