摘要
以理想气体为调节阀的流动介质,通过三维建模软件建立调节阀及其内部流场的模型,并通过ANSYSWorkbench软件对调节阀不同压降和不同开度下的三维流场进行数值模拟,得到调节阀的流动特性参数,并生成调节阀流量特性曲线。对模拟结果进行分析,研究压降对流量特性的影响,获得了调节阀流量特性与压降的关系。
The model of the control valve and its internal flow field are established through the three-dimensional modeling software with the ideal gas as the flow medium of the control valve. Meanwhile the numerical simulations of the three-dimensional flow field under different pressure drops and openings are carried out through the ANSYSWorkbench software so that the flowing characteristic parameters and the flow characteristic curve of the control valve are obtained. The simulation results show the relationship between the flow characteristic and pressure drop of control valve.
