摘要
近年来国际水电项目设计咨询中出现较多的高水头水电站,针对其压力钢管镇墩结构设计的合理性和经济性,以厄瓜多尔德尔西水电站压力管道设计为例,比较了3种设计方案(联合承载方案、考虑初始缝隙方案、加设垫层方案),采用有限元计算分析,结合中国和美国的压力钢管设计规范,对各种方案下镇墩的配筋量、体型及施工难度进行比较,找到一种可行的解决方案。
In recent years,lots of hydropower projects with high head come up in overseas design consultancy. Concerning rationality and economy of the structural design of the anchorage block for the penstock,three alternatives( joint bearing,considering initial gap and additional bedding cushion) with the case of Delsi Hydropower Project in Ecuador are compared. By application of the finite element method and in combination with design specification for penstock of China and USA,reinforcement quantity,outline and construction difficulty of the anchorage block each alternative are compared. A feasible solution is obtained.
