Discussion about Realization of Archives' Right

档案与权利的关系是越来越多档案学者关注的话题。本文首先从权利与权力关系的角度论述了对公民、国家、社会三个层面而言档案权利实现的意义。其次,分析了档案权利实现的主体、客体和媒介三个影响因素对档案权利实现的影响机制。最后,从档案权利实现的根本动力、主要动力以及重要动力解析如何实现档案权利。

The relationships between Archives and right are more and more concerned by scholars of archives. Firstly, from right and power relations perspectives, this article discusses the significance of realizing the right of Archives in the three levels such as the citizen, the country, and the society. Secondly, this article has analyzed the three factors----subject of realizing the right of archives, object of realizing the right of archives and medium of realizing the right of archives. And it has analyzed how do the three factors affect the realization of rights of archives. Finally, from the fundamental driving force, the main driving force and important driving force perspectives, this article resolves the problem of how to achieve the right of archives.
