社会变迁及文化视野下的女性犯罪研究述评

A Review of Research on Female Crime from the Perspective of Social Change and Culture

改革开放以来,随着妇女史研究的深入和拓展,不同历史时期的女性犯罪问题亦得到不少研究者的关注,取得了可喜的成绩。文章拟从历史学的角度,对现有研究成果进行回顾和总结,并就研究中所存在的问题和不足之处提出相应的意见和建议。

With the development of women＇s history since the economic reforms, scholars have produced a large amount of papers and monographs examining female crime in various historical periods. This paper intends to assess the achievements of this research from a historical perspective and propose alternatives based on the identified shortcomings in the existing research.
