基于改进遗传算法的多产品分时段分批次作业排序及系统仿真

摘要 为解决确定的生产计划在决策期内多产品分时段分批次的作业排序问题,在过小或过大的产品生产批量将延长作业流水时间的前提下,结合柔性作业排序特点构建多产品分时段分批次作业排序优化决策模型;然后针对批量和排序高度相关性的问题,构建了一个混合型操作的搜索策略,即将遗传算法与复合形法有机结合起来求解模型,确定多产品分时段分批次的最优作业排序;最后进行系统仿真分析,得到以产品零部件的作业排序形式呈现的各产品详细的作业排序计划。 To make the multi-period and multi-batch scheduling of multi-product under certain production plan and uncertain decision period, a modified decision model on the scheduling of multi-product was established, which combined with the characteristics of flexible scheduling and occurrence of longer producing time leaded by improper production batch. Then a mixed searching strategy which combined the superiority of genetic algorithm and complex method was formed to solve the model to make the best scheduling. Finally, an analysis of system simulation was undertaken to make sure that the modified decision model and mixed searching strategy were set up properly and correctly and the detailed scheduling of multi-product was shown with the scheduling of workpieces of multi-product.
