摘要
目的:了解天津市老年人对以社区护士为主导的居家养老的意愿及需求。方法:采用目的抽样方法抽取市内六区老年人15名,对其进行半结构式访谈,并对访谈资料进行分析。结果:老年人对以社区护士为主导的居家养老认识不足。老年人居家养老意愿强烈,且居家养老需求迫切,主要集中在日常生活照料服务、医疗保健服务和精神支持服务三方面。对发展以社区护士为主导的居家养老服务模式持悲观态度。结论:政府应明确其支持与指引作用,加大宣传力度及加强专业化居家养老服务团队建设,扩展居家养老服务项目,充分满足老年人居家养老服务需求。
Objective： To understand the willingness and needs of elderly in Tianjin in community nursing-led home care. Methods： 15 elderly people in six districts of Tianjin were chose with purposive sampling method, and surveyed by semi-structured interviews. Then the interviews data was analyzed. Results： Elderly were willing to choose home care, but also said they would go to the nursing home when necessary. Home care needs mainly focus on three areas： daily care service, health care and spiritual support services. As for the community nursing-led home care, most of older persons represented less feasible. Conclusion： The government should clarify its role in the support and guidance, strengthen publicity and professional home care service team building, and expand home care services to fully meet the needs of the elderly.
