摘要 随着制药行业的飞速发展,制药废水的排放量日渐增加,如不及时处理将制约制药行业的发展。本实验拟采用铁碳微电解加Fenton的方法对某制药厂的废水进行预处理,通过中试考察了废水的pH值、铁碳反应HRT和Fenton反应HRT及加药量配比对COD去除率的影响。并且考虑最优经济效益情况下,确定了原水pH在3.0,铁碳反应HRT为4 h,Fenton反应HRT为3 h,COD去除量:H_2O_2:Fe^(2+)质量比为1∶1.2∶0.75的情况下,铁碳-Fenton中试有最经济的COD去除率49.7%。 With the rapid development of pharmaceutical industry, the discharge amount of its wastewater would increase dramatically as well. The pharmaceutical industry will be restricted if the wastewater could not be treated immediately. The Fe & C electrolysis and Fenton reactor will be used to pre-treat the pharmaceutical wastewater in this experiment. The purpose of the experiment was in order to investigate the effect of p H level, Fe&C reactor HRT, Fenton reactor HRT and chemical dosage amount to the COD removal rate.The results showed that under optimum economic conditions the COD removal rate of 49.7% could be achieved when pH level of the raw wastewater is 3.0, HRT of Fe&C reactor is 4 h, the HRT of Fenton reactor is 3 h,the rate of COD removal rate and the mass ratio of H2O2:Fe2+ is 1∶1.2∶0.75.
