摘要
通过对某公司低温多效蒸馏海水淡化蒸发器结垢成分分析,发现该蒸发器前7效换热管外壁结垢成分主要为CaSO4,并含部分CaCO3,末效换热管内壁结垢成分主要为CaCO3,并对结垢原因进行了分析。根据不同的结垢成分,制定了不同的清洗方案,前7效采用酸洗+中性清洗工艺,末效采用酸洗工艺。清洗后,挂片分析结果优于国家标准,单套海水淡化装置产量提高了10%。
The analysis evaporator scaling ingredi on the Low temperature muhi-effect distillation seawater desalination ent of one company shows that the outer wall of the first 7 effect heat exchange tube scaling ingredient are mainly CaSO4 with part of CaCO3 and the inner wall of the last effect heat exchange tube scaling ingredient are mainly CaCO3. The cause of the scaling is analyzed. According to different scaling ingredients, various cleaning methods are designed. The first 7 effect is acid and neutral cleaning process, and the last effect is acid cleaning. After cleaning, the results of corrosion test piece show it is better than national standard and a single set of seawater desalination production is increased by 10%.
