介绍了迁钢公司3号高炉喷煤自动化控制系统和对其优化改造情况。通过分析该该高炉喷煤系统存在的问题，完善了喷吹控制系统冗余保护功能，优化改造了迁钢公司3号高炉喷煤控制PLC系统，提高了喷煤率的精确性和稳定性，满足了高炉的操作稳定和高产的需要。
The modification and optimation of PCI automatic control system of No. 3 BF in Qiangang is presented. By analysizing the problem in PCI system, redundancy protection function of injection control system is perfected and the PLC system of PCI is optimized. The accuracy and stability of pulverized coal injection system is improved greatly. In addition, it meets the requirements of BF operation smoothly and high yield production.
