摘要 分析能源动力类专业实验教学面临的主要问题,指出专业综合实验缺乏是制约能源动力类专业创新型人才培养的关键问题。利用虚拟仿真实验教学的优势,结合国家级虚拟仿真实验教学中心建设,开展基于虚拟仿真实验教学平台的能源动力类专业创新型人才培养的创新与实践。按照"顶层设计、虚实结合、开放创新"的教学理念,从提高人才培养质量的角度重新进行本科生培养方案的顶层设计,构建能源与动力工程专业虚拟仿真实验课程体系;分析各个专业方向现有实验教学的不足,从"虚实结合"的角度有针对性地开发虚拟仿真实验教学资源;建立开放的船舶动力技术虚拟仿真实验教学平台,探索开放自主式的实验教学模式,通过开放创新培养学生的创新能力。 Lack of comprehensive experiment is considered to be the key issues among all problems which have restricted the training quality of innovative talents in majors of energy and power. Exploration and practice of cultivation about innovative talents are carried out based on the construction of national virtual simulation teaching center to take advantage of virtual simulation experiment teaching. The teaching philosophy includes "top-level design, virtual-actual combination and real and opening and innovation. " Firstly, the course system of virtual simulation for the major of Energy and Power Engineering is established based on modifying undergraduate training program from improving quality of personnel training, which is called as "top-level design." Experimental teaching resources of virtual simulation are developed according to the principle of "virtual and real" to supplement the existing experimental teaching. The autonomous open experimental teaching mode is explored to cultivate the innovative based on the virtual simulation teaching platform of ability of students by the rule of "opening and innovation" ship power technology.
