医学本科生科研训练的反思和改进

Reflections and improvements on medical undergraduates' scientific research training

科研训练是提高医学本科生学习和研究能力的重要途径。该文对当前本科生科研训练存在的问题进行反思和分析,提出彼此关联的6个方面的改进建议,即提高训练质量、根据训练内容安排时间进度、优先提高应用型技能、培养良好的科研规范、优化实验室开放管理以及强化本科生的独立工作能力。

The scientific research training is an important way to enhance medical undergraduates＇ capability of learning and research. This article reflects and analyses some problems in practice, and proposes 6 correlated suggestions for improvement. These suggestions include improving the quality of training, making a schedule based on the contents and process of training, preferentially training the skills for research, cultivating well nurtured undergraduates on experimental procedures, optimizing the opening and management of the laboratory, and enhancing undergraduates＇ capability to work in laboratory independently.
