摘要 在遗传学实验教学中,遗传分子标记实验的引入有助于学生深入理解该技术的研究方法和应用价值。利用微卫星分子标记技术分析油松种子叶绿体DNA的遗传信息,确定校园内油松种子的花粉来源、扩散关系及受环境变化的影响。教学实践表明,科研成果转化为教学实验,不仅能为实验教学提供新的材料和方法,且有益于学生科研思维能力、创新精神以及实践能力的培育和训练。 The transforming of scientific research into experimental teaching is an important way to improve the quality of undergraduate experimental teaching. During the genetics experimental teaching, the introduction of genetic molecular markers techniques can help students understand the research method and application value of this technology. In the present experiments, the microsatellite molecular markers were applied for analyzing the genetic information of chloroplast DNA from the seed of pinus tabulaeformis. The result can be used to determine the sources of pollen grains and environmental changes that affect pollen diffusion conditions. The teaching practice shows that transforming scientific research into teaching experiments can not only provide new materials and methods for the experimental teaching, but also benefit the students to cultivate and train their scientific thinking ability, innovative spirit and practical ability.
