摘要
试点学院应用型人才培养实践教学体系的构建应以市场需求为导向,以高素质人才产出为指标,通过搭建应用型人才培养的实践教学平台,加强应用型人才培养的实践教学环节控制,改革应用型人才培养的实践教学模式,健全应用型人才培养的实践教学管理机制,建设应用型人才培养的"双师型"师资队伍等有效措施,为企业和社会培养高素质的应用型人才。
The construction of practical teaching system of cultivating applied talents in pilot colleges must take the market demand as the guidance, output the high quality talents as evaluation index, build the practical teaching platforms, control the practical teaching links, innovate the practical teaching methods, improve the practice teaching management mechanism, and construct ＂double-qualified＂ teaching faculty and other efficient measures to cultivate high quality applied talents for enterprises and society.
