摘要
高反应性高强度焦炭可以通过降低高炉热储备区温度,促进高炉内铁氧化物的还原,达到降低高炉炼铁燃料消耗并减少CO_2排放的目的。总结了国内外关于高反应性焦炭生产制备、性能评价以及进行高炉冶炼实践的现状,提出了高反应性焦炭需要开展的研究方向,根据资源和环境的需要选择适宜的配煤添加剂,以及焦炭在高炉内溶损反应的特点正确评价高反应性焦炭的性能。
The target to decrease fuel consumption in iron - making in blast furnace and reduce discharge of CO2 can be reached with high - reactivity high - strength coke, which can reduce the temperature of thermal reserve zone of blast furnace and promote the reduction of iron oxide in blast furnace. It is concluded the production and performance evaluation of high - reactivity coke at home and abroad, as well as the present situation of its application, proposed its research direction to be developed, pointed out that it is need to select suitable additive agent in coal blending according to resource and requirement of environment, and correctly evaluate the performance of high - reactivity coke according to the feature of solution loss reaction of coke in blast furnace.
