摘要
从国内外CaO基脱硫剂研究现状的角度出发,结合热力学和动力学分析了CaO的脱硫机理以及脱硫的有利条件,指出了目前CaO基脱硫剂中添加CaF_2存在的环境污染和CaO利用率低等问题。详细介绍了目前在替代CaF_2添加剂以及提高CaO利用率等方面的研究进展。应加快探索新的助熔剂,进一步降低CaO基脱硫剂的熔点,寻找合适的CaO基脱硫剂制粒等,为CaO基脱硫剂的研究发展提供参考。
From the angle of present study situation of CaO - base desulfurization agent at home and abroad, it is analyzed the mechanism and favorable conditions of CaO desulfurization based on thermodynamics and dynamics, pointed out the problems : environment pollution caused by adding CaF2 into CaO - base desulfurization agent and low utilization rate, introduced the research progress in substituting CaF2 additive agent and raising CaO utilization rate. It should be done to speed up the exploration of new flux, further lower the melting point of CaO - base desulfurization agent, seek suitable method to make particle of CaO - base desulfu- rization agent. Those offer a reference for its research development.
