摘要
利用KYKY-3200扫描电子显微镜进行金相观察和对铸坯大样电解、能谱分析等手段,对家电板夹杂物含量、种类进行分析,发现家电板连铸坯中平均夹杂物含量为84.6 mg/10 kg,夹杂物种类主要为铝酸钙(D类)夹杂。家电板夹杂物含量多的主要原因是LF软吹时间不足、中间包去夹杂能力未发挥、中间包未及时排渣及结晶器卷渣等。通过延长软吹时间与镇静时间、中间包开浇前吹氩排空与设置双挡墙和气幕挡墙、控制中间包渣层厚度与结晶器液位波动、保证连铸恒拉速、优化钙处理工艺等措施,家电板铸坯夹杂物总量由84.6 mg/10 kg降至38.2 mg/10 kg,大颗粒夹杂物平均含量由61.3 mg/10 kg降至13.4 mg/10 kg,提高了产品质量。
By means of metallographic view with KYKY - 3200 SEM, electrolyzation and energy spectrum analysis for large billet sample, the content and type of inclusion in steel sheet for household electrical appliances are analyzed. It is found out that the average content of inclusion in the continuous casting billet for household electrical appliances is 84.6 mg/10 kg, main type as calcium aluminate (D type). The main reason for much inclusion is LF soft blowing time not enough, inclusion removal ability of tundish not fully playing and so not be able to discharge slag in tundish and do slag entrapment in mold in time. With measures: prolonging soft blowing time and killed time, argon blowing to empty tundish before casting, setting double stopping wall and air screen stopping wall, controlling slag layer thickness in tundish and the liquid level fluctuation, ensuring constant casting speed, optimizing Ca treating process, the total amount of inclusion in the sheet reduces from 84.6 to 38.2 mg/10 kg, average inclusion content of large size particle from 61.3 to 13.4 mg/10 kg, the product quality improved.
