摘要
以承钢一作业区高炉生产实践为研究对象,通过加强入炉原燃料的管理、上部装料制度与下部送风制度相结合、优化热制度、造渣制度、炉前出渣出铁制度等措施,达到了高炉煤气流稳定、操作炉型合理的目的。坚持"低硅钛"冶炼的技术方针,铁水中的[Si+Ti]控制为(0.4±0.1)%,铁水温度为(1 470±15)℃,在保证炉缸热量充足的同时,有效地缓解炉渣黏稠的问题,实现了高炉钒钛矿强化冶炼,经济技术指标不断提高。
With blast furnace production of Work Area 1 of Chengsteel as research object, some measures are adopted and the target is reached of gas flow steady and operation profile reasonable: strengthening management of raw and fuel materials coming into the furnace, combining upper charge system and lower blowing system, optimizing thermal system, slag - forming system, deslaging and casting system and etc. In production we persist in the technical guide line of " low silicon - titanium" smelting, [ Si + Ti ] is controlled at (0.4 ± 0.1 ) % , hot metal temperature at ( 1 470± 15) ℃. That guarantees full heat quantity for hearth, at the same time effectively relieves slag sticky, realizes blast furnace vanadium - titanium ore strengthening smelting, makes economic and technical indexes continuously raised.
