摘要 为了降低煤与瓦斯突出矿井在发生灾害时的危害程度,防止突出事故范围扩大,对义安煤矿的胶带过风门装置进行了研究。将胶带过风门装置控制开关和胶带电机开关联锁,由于瓦斯电闭锁的自动断电功能,当发生瓦斯超限事故时,胶带电机断电,胶带过风门装置控制开关随之断电,胶带过风门装置反向防突挡板关闭,从而达到防突的目的。 To reduce the coal and gas outburst mines in the event of a disaster,and prevent the accident expanding,belt throttle device of Yi'an Coal Mine was studied. The control switch of belt throttle device and belt motor switch were interlocked together. Because of the automatic power-off function of gas and electrical closed-cycle control, when gas overrun accident occurred,belt motor powers off, subse- quently, control switch of belt throttle device powers off, reverse outburst prevention baffle of belt throttle device closes, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing outburst.
