摘要
目的借鉴已有企业员工心理契约理论,结合我国公立医院和医生特点,科学测评医生心理契约。方法利用我国东、中、西3省(直辖市)123所公立医院的有效医生调查数据,研究设计了医生心理契约测评量表。结果医生心理契约量表由医生感知的医院、医生和政府/社会责任组成,前两类子量表包含交易、发展、关系和理念责任4个因子,经检验,量表具有良好的内部信度、效度。结论医生心理契约量表为医院管理者开展医生心理契约测评、维护和管理心理契约提供了良好的工具。
Objective Based on the theory of employees' psychological contract and combined with the features of China's public hospitals and physicians, this study aimed to measure the psychological contract of physicians, Methods Using the valid survey data from 123 public hospitals in three provinces among the east, central, and west areas in China, the authors developed a scale for measuring the psychological contract of physicians. Results The scale consisted of physicians' perception of hospital-to-physician and physicians-to-hospital responsibilities, as well as governmental/social responsibilities. Both the two former sub-scales comprised four dimensions of transactional, developmental, relational and ideological responsibilities. This scale was tested to be reliable and valid. Conclusion The scale was a good tool for psychological contract assessment, maintenance and management of physicians.
