摘要
以医院临床手术科室为试点,遵循SMART原则,探索建立适合医院发展的高级技术职称医师绩效考核体系。研究表明,构建的以关键绩效指标为基础的高级技术职称医师绩效考核办法能客观反映参评医师的工作绩效,具有合理性,为医院精细化管理奠定了基础。
To explore and establish the performance appraisal system of senior technical title surgery physician to fit the development of the hospital, on the basis of the hospital surgical department. Followed the principle of SMART, setting up assessment methods based on the key performance indicators (KPI). The result shows that the method could objectively and rationality reflect the physician's office job performance, which laid a foundation for fine management.
