摘要 冬季雨雪天气路面极易出现积雪结冰,为了提高机具适应性,避免生产出行中产生安全隐患,提出了一款适用于林区运材间伐道路、城市社区道路的新型自走式锯切除冰雪设备。介绍了该设备的基本结构和工作原理,其与传统清冰雪机械不同,采用的是凸轮机构进行水平往复式锯切对冰雪进行清理。对锯型齿条进行了受力分析,针对设备的工作特点,选用履带式自走底盘,通过理论计算对动力进行校核,确定选用功率为6.5 HP(4.8 k W)和16 HP(11.8 k W)两台汽油机为设备行走和除冰雪机构提供动力。新型自走式锯切除冰雪设备结构设计独特,具有较好的工作效率和实用性。 In rainy and snowy weather in winter, ice and snow easily accumulate on the road. In order to improve the applicability of equipment and avoid hidden danger in production and travel, a new kind of self-propelled type sawing de-icing equipment suitable for forest logging and thinning roads and urban communities is introduced. The basic structure and working principle of the de-icing equipment are stated. Compared with traditional ice removing machin- ery, a cam mechanism is used for the equipment to realize reciprocating cutting to remove ice and snow, with the force on the sawing teeth analyzed. In view of the operation characteristics of the equipment, a crawler-type self-propelled chassis is selected, with power verified through theoretical calculation, and two gasoline engines with power being 6. 5HP and 16HP respectively selected to provide power for equipment walk and ice and snow removing mechanism. The new self-propelled sawing de-ieing equipment has unique design and high efficiency and practicality.
