摘要
选取12种T恤面料、9种外套面料,采用美国SGHP-10.5服装热阻和湿阻检测系统针对3种风速环境进行热阻测试,探究风速对织物热阻的影响。按单层织物的热阻测试结果,将最小值及最大值所对应的T恤、外套面料进行两两组合测试,分析双层织物的总热阻与其各单层热阻之间的关系及风速对单双层织物热阻的影响。结果表明:在软风风力范围内,随风速的增大热阻RCT近似呈线性下降,并得出织物热阻与风速的关系式;单层面料两两组合后总热阻小于各单层热阻之和,并建立了不同风速下双层织物总热阻的模型。
This study is designed to use the American SGHP-10.5 clothing thermal resistance and moisture resistance testing system for thermal resistance test of 12 kinds of T-shirt fabrics and 9 kinds of coat fabrics in three kinds of wind speed, analysising of the relationship between the thermal resistances under different wind speeds. According to the thermal resistance of single-layer fabric, it picks out the maximum and minimum of the fabrics in single-layer testing, analyses the relationship of thermal resistance between single-layer and double-layer fabrics and the influence of the wind speed on thermal resistance of single-layer and double-layer fabrics. The experimental results show that within the scope of the light wind, the total thermal resistance of approximate linear decrease with the increase of wind speed. It is concluded that the relationship between thermal resistance and wind speed. The total thermal resistance of double-layer fabrics is less than the sum of each single-layer fabric after combination. It established the regression equation to predict the thermal resistance of double-layer fabrics under different wind speeds.
