织物烘干过程及烘干机理的探讨

Discuss about drying process and mechanism of fabric

从物理及主观方面对织物烘干过程进行解释,并指出其概念的差异及边界,表明织物烘干过程为使织物从"显汗"状态转变为"隐汗"状态的过程;详述织物烘干过程所经历的温度升高阶段、等速烘干阶段、降速烘干阶段、吹冷风阶段4个过程,分析织物水分扩散方程及温湿度扩散方向;并采用滚筒干衣机研究织物的烘干过程,分析织物烘干机理及影响织物烘干速率的因素;最后以织物尺寸稳定性、平整度、起皱情况及弯曲刚度作为评价指标来评价织物烘干效果。可以为织物的日常护理及干衣机发展提供理论参考价值。

This paper carries out the explanation to the fabric drying process in term of the physical and subjective aspects, and points out their difference in concept and boundary. It show, that the fabric drying process is the changing process of fabric from ＂ sweating＂ to ＂ hidden sweat＂ state. It describes that fabric-drying process is divided into the following four period： heated-up period, the constant moisture removal rate period, the falling moisture removal rate period and blowing air period. At the same time, it analyes moisture diffusion equation for the fabric-drying process within the domestic drum dryer as well as the diffusion direction of temperature and humidity, and discusses the fabric drying mechanism and influencing factors of fabric drying rate; finally, clearly pointes out the evaluation indexs to evaluate the fabric drying effect, as following： the fabric dimensional stability, flatness, wrinkling and bending stiffness. This paper can provide a theoretical reference for the daily care of fabric and the dryer development .
