摘要
本文采用沉淀法在选用PEG10000为表面活性剂,水为溶剂,NH3·H2O为沉淀剂的条件下,合成了球状Zn O样品。通过XRD与SEM对样品Zn O的物相和形貌进行表征,结果发现:制备出的Zn O样品为单相,为六方晶系;形貌呈现为球形,尺寸大约在1μm左右。在模拟太阳光下,利用Zn O样品对模拟废水(亚甲基蓝)进行了光催化性能研究,研究结果表明其降解效率最高可达99.9%,说明由此方法制备出的球状Zn O具有很高的光催化活性。
In this paper, ZnO were synthesized by water bath method in which PEG10000 was suffaetant, wa- ter was solvent and ammonia was precipitant. The size, structure and appearance of the synthesized nanopartieles were characterized by XRD and SEM, which told the as-prepared ZnO is elemental and hexagonal spherieaele- ment, and at about 1 μm size. A study on the photoeatalytic performance of the simulated wastewater (Methylene blue) with ZnO under the simulated sunlight showed that the highest degradation rate could reach to 99.9%, which illustrated that the spherical ZnO prepared by this method had a high photoeatalysis activity.
