摘要
建立使用大孔径吸附树脂-气相色谱质谱法测定地表水中19种有机磷和有机氯农药残留的固相萃取方法,选择甲醇:丙酮(7:3)混合溶剂体系进行洗脱,采用选择离子模式测定,外标法定量,实验结果显示19种农药成分的峰面积与其质量浓度均有良好的线性关系,低浓度(0.5μg·L^(-1))农药成分的加标回收率为65.4%~95.4%,高浓度(10μg·L^(-1))农药成分的加标回收率为68.9%~105.3%。该方法简便快速,灵敏度高,重复性好,能够快速、准确地检测地表水中19种农药残留。
For determining 19 kinds of organic chlorine and organic phosphorus residues that remain in surface water, we took use of large aperture adsorption resin - gas chromatography mass spectrometry to establish a solid phase extraction analysis method. In this method, we chose methanol:acetone (7:3) mixed solvent system for elution, and used selected ion mode for determination and external standard method for quantification. The experimental results showed that peak areas and mass concentrations of 19 kinds of pesticide ingredients had good linear relationship. The adding standard recovery rate of pesticide ingredients with low concentration (0.5μg·L^-1 ) was 65.4%~95.4%, and that with high concentration (10μg·L^-1) was 68.9%~105.3%. The results showed that the method not only has the advantages of high sensibility,good reproducibility and simplicity, but also can detect 19 kinds of pesticide residues in surface water quickly and accurately.
