摘要
建立了LNG、L-CNG加气合建站安全评价指标体系,运用改进层次分析法确定各指标权重,通过模糊运算求出评价总分以判定安全等级。以茂名某LNG、L-CNG加气合建站实际案例计算,验证了该方法的有效性。通过运算结果分析,设备和人员是LNG、L-CNG加气合建站安全管理的重点,并提出了针对性的解决措施。
The safety evaluation index system of LNG and L-CNG filling stations co-establishment is set up, IAHP (improved analytic hierarchy process) is used to determine the index weight,total evaluation scores are ob- tained through fuzzy calculations in order to decide the safety grade. A LNG and L-CNG filling stations co-estab- lishment in Maoming is given as a calculation example to validate effectiveness of the method.The analysis of cal- culation results shows that equipment and workers are the focus of LNG and L-CNG filling stations co-establish- ment safety management and targeted solutions are put forward.
