Catalytic oxidation of dimethyl ether to dimethoxymethane

摘要 本文采用水热法合成了Al-HPW/SBA-15介孔分子筛催化剂,并用其作为催化剂催化二甲醚氧化的反应。本文采用XRD、NH_3-TPD两种分析手段表征催化剂样品。样品具有较多的弱酸性位,且当HPW负载量为30%时,其酸量达到最大,并且其酸量适宜催化二甲醚的反应。在反应温度为160℃时,催化剂的活性和甲缩醛选择性最佳,二甲醚转化率和甲缩醛选择性均为90%以上。 Mesoporous Al-HPW/SBA-15 zeolites were synthesized via hydrothermal method, it was used as the catalyst for oxidation of dinlethyl ether. The samples were analyzed by XRD and NH3-TPD. Lots of weak acid sites were observed from NH3-TPD in the resultant samples, and the acid amount reached a maximum when the loading of HPW was 30%. It suits the catalytic oxidationof dimethyl ether reaction.Both dimethyl ether conversion and dimethoxymethane selectivity of above 90% were obtained under the optimum conditions of 160℃ and30% HPW content.
