数控机床是通过程序控制的自动化机床,电子、信息、计算机技术的发展带动了数控机床的发展。文章讨论了数控机床编程涉及的主要难点问题,指出了数控机床编程与操作之间的内在联系,阐述了数控机床编程的坐标系统、数据转换及其操作方法,提出了避免造成机床运动轨迹产生偏差的建议。

The numerical control machine tool is the automatic machine through program control. Electron, information and computer technology has led to the development of the numerical control machine tool. This paper discusses main difficulties of numerical control programming,points out the relationship between numerical control programming and operation, and expounds the coordinate system, data conversion and operation method of numerical control machine tool. Then it puts forward some suggestions to avoid the mistakes of motion trajectory of the machine tool.
