摘要
本研究对甘薯脱毒苗的制备、试管苗的快繁、温室高倍快繁以及生产种的制备技术进行优化,建立起一年制甘薯脱毒种薯繁育技术体系。与传统甘薯脱毒繁育技术相比,应用本技术鲜薯产量、出苗量显著提高,病毒感染率降低,同时可以缩短两年的繁育周期,可以在甘薯生产上推广。
In this study, the process of virus - free plantlets, rapid propagation of tube seedling, rapid propagation in greenhouse and production of seed root were optimized, and the propagation technology system of one - year virus - free sweetpotato seed root was built. Compared with the traditional propagation technology of virus - free sweetpotato seed root, the fresh sweetpotato yield and germination rate of seed root significantly increased, and the virus infection rate decreased using this technology. It also could shorten the breeding period for two years. Therefore, the propagation technology could be popularized in sweetpotato production.
