摘要
本研究在对柞蚕抗菌肽Moricin基因成功进行克隆及毕赤酵母表达的基础上,对其生物活性进行了研究。结果表明,抗菌肽Moricin对大肠杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、副猪嗜血杆菌、猪链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌临床分离菌株的抑菌圈直径为12~21 mm,表明Moricin对这些菌株均具有较强的抑菌活性,对临床耐药菌株的抑菌作用尤其明显。Moricin对上述菌株的最低抑菌浓度为3.9~15.6μg/m L。Moricin对革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的广谱抑菌活性使其在畜禽疫病防治和生产中具有潜在的重要价值。
Based on the cloning and Pichia pastoris expression of antimicrobial peptide gene moricin from Antherea pernyi, the antibacterial activity of Moricin was researched. The bacteriostatic diameters of Moricin to the clinical isolates of Escherichia coli , Salmonella enteritidis , Haemophilus parasuis , Streptococcus suis , Staphylococcus aureus were 12 - 21 mm, which suggested the Moricin possessed strong antibacterial activity, espe- cially against clinical drug - resistant isolates. The minimum inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of Moricin a- gainst these clinical isolates were 3.9 - 15.6 μg/mL. Because of its extensive antibacterial activity against Gram -positive and Gram- negative bacteria, the antibacterial peptide Moricin would have potential applica- tion value in disease control and production of livestock and poultry.
