摘要
沙棘具有多种重要的生理功能,其果实中含有丰富的类胡萝卜素,因类胡萝卜素显著的生物活性,沙棘类胡萝卜素研究成为近年的热点,综述沙棘类胡萝卜素目前的研究进展,并对其后续研究进行展望。
Seabuckthorn has many important physiological functions, its fruit being rich in carotenoids. Because of carotenoids＇ significant biological activity, seabuckthorn carotenoids research has become a hot spot in recent years. This paper summarizes the research progress of seabuckthorn carotenoids, and the future research was discussed.
