我国经济进入新常态,能源和经济正经历重大变革。2014年,节能业绩再创新高,节能量达214.8Mtce,CO2排放量1998年以来首次下降,推进节能减排的主要驱动力是经济转型、能源结构变革和技术创新。结构节能占全社会节能量的60%。能源技术创新在提速,蕴藏巨大节能潜力。
China's energy and economy are undergoing significant change since the economy enters the new normal. In 2014, the energy conservation performance hits a historical high up to 214.8Mtce, and CO2 emissions fell for the first time since 1998. The economic transformation, energy structure change and technological innovation are the main driving force to promote energy conservation and emissions reduction. Structure energy saving accounts for 60% of the total society sum. With the accelerating of energy technology innovation, it is of great potential for energy conservation.
