孙中山水电开发思想探析

Sun Yat-sen's Ideas about Hydropower Exploitation

为促进国计民生发展,孙中山非常重视水电开发。1894年他率先提出开发水力资源倡议,之后在相关论著和讲演中对水电发展多次论述。当多数国人对水电认识还处于蒙昧状态时,孙中山清醒地认识到水电开发的重要性,提出大力开发我国丰富的水电资源并有一系列构想,建设三峡水电工程是其水电开发构想的集中体现。孙中山水电开发设想具有筚路蓝缕的开创精神、前瞻性和科学性,对我国水电业发展起到了重大的推动作用。

In order to promote the development of national economy and people＇ s livelihood, Sun Yat-sen attached great attention to the development of hydropower. In 1894, he put forward the proposal of developing water resources of our country, and then he also discussed hydropower industry many times in his books and speeches. When most of people were still ignorant about hydropower, he had been aware of the importance of its exploitation, and formed a series of ideas to develop the hydropower resources of our country, the construction of the three-gorge hydropower project was the main embodiment of his ideas. His ideas of hydropower development are initiative, prospective and scientific, which has played a vital role in promoting the development of hydropower industry of our country.
