摘要
液态排渣旋涡炉是一种用于冶炼稀有金属的液态排渣工业锅炉,不同位置三次风的通入会对锅炉运行产生一定影响.通过对75 t/h旋涡炉三次风通入位置及三次风分配比例进行试验,研究三次风位置及风门开度配比对前置室炉温、渣口排渣以及捕渣率的影响。研究结果表明,原三次风风门开度大小对前置室炉温及捕渣率影响不大,但会降低渣口温度,不利于排渣。
Vortex-boiler is a slag tapping boiler which is usually used in metallurgy of rare metals. The arrangement of tertiary air have great influence on the boiler. The effects of tertiary air on furnace temperature, slag-discharge and slag captured rate in 75 t/h cyclone furnace were studied. The results showed that the opening degree of original tertiary air has little influence on furnace temperature and the slag captured rate, but it can decreases the temperature of slag notch and is bad for slag-discharge.
