摘要 目的:研究重组人粒细胞刺激因子(Recombinant Human Granulocyte Colony-stimulating Factor,rhG-CSF)、重组人粒细胞巨噬细胞刺激因子(Recombinant Human Granulocyte/Macrophage Colony-stimulating Factor,rh GMCSF)对肿瘤患者化疗后升白细胞、中性粒细胞疗效的差异。方法:回顾性分析86例肿瘤患者化疗后使用rhG-CSF、rhGM-CSF升白细胞、中性粒细胞治疗的情况。结果:43例患者经rhG-CSF治疗后白细胞、中性粒细胞升高有效率为90.7%,rhGM-CSF治疗43例患者白细胞升高有效率为74.4%,两组治疗差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。另外,rhG-CSF治疗后出现腹痛、腹泻、皮疹、肌肉骨骼疼痛、低血压、呼吸窘迫综合征等不良反应明显低于rhGM-CSF治疗组。结论:肿瘤患者化疗后rh G-CSF升高白细胞、中性粒细胞的疗效确切,不良反应小,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the difference efficacy of recombinant human granulocyte colony- stimulating factor( rhG-CSF) and recombinant human granulocyte- macrophage colony- stimulating factor( rhGM- CSF) in the treatment of the leukocytes and neutrophils for cancer patients with chemotherapy. Method Retrospective analysis treatment of rhG- CSF,rhGM- CSF in improving the number of leukocytes and neutrophils for 86 cancer patients with chemotherapy in chemotherapy department of our hospital. Results The effective rate of rhG- CSF and rhGM- CSF in the treatment of leukocytes and neutrophils were 90. 7%,74. 4%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Furthermore,adverse reactions of rh G- CSF,such as diarrhea,rash,musculoskeletal pain,hypotension,respiratory distress syndrome was lower than that of rhGM- CSF treated group. Conclusion It should be widely applied because of exact efficacy and fewer adverse reactions of rhG- CSF are found in elevating leukocytes and neutrophils of cancer patients with chemotherapy.
