碳酸镧治疗维持性血液透析患者高磷血症的短期疗效及安全性 被引量:9

摘要 目的:对碳酸镧治疗维持性血液透析患者高磷血症的短期疗效及安全性进行研究分析。方法:选取60例终末期肾疾病高磷血症患者,随机分为两组,每组30例,试验组采用碳酸镧治疗,对照组采用碳酸钙治疗,比较两组用药前后血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶、甲状旁腺激素水平以及钙磷乘积变化情况,对比两组疗效和不良反应发生几率。结果:试验组用药后血磷和血钙磷乘积下降幅度大于对照组,对照组用药后血钙水平上升。试验组有效率为96.7%,不良反应发生几率为3.3%;对照组有效率为83.3%,不良反应发生几率为10%。结论:碳酸镧治疗维持性血液透析患者的高磷血症,疗效确切,安全可靠。
