集束化护理对严重脓毒症患者早期脱机的影响

The early weaning influence of severe sepsis patients by cluster nursing

目的:探讨集束化护理对严重脓毒症患者早期脱机的影响。方法:选取40例严重脓毒症患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行分组,对照组(常规护理措施)20例和试验组(集束化护理措施)20例。结果:试验组严重脓毒症患者28 d内机械通气时间、脱机24 h内再次上机率均优于对照组,试验组严重脓毒症患者呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率、患者满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理在严重脓毒症患者应用可以提高脱成功率,预后水平较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach early weaning influence of severe sepsis patients by cluster nursing. Method The 40 cases clinical data of severe sepsis patients were analyzed,which was to be divided into two groups,control group（ conventional nursing） 20 cases and experimental group（ cluster nursing） 20 cases. Results The mechanical ventilation time 〈28 d、again on the probability out of the breathing machine 〈24 h of cluster nursing group severe sepsis patients were better than control group,Breathing machine correlation between incidence of pneumonia、satisfaction of cluster nursing group severe sepsis patients were better than control group,the difference was statisticaly significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The efficiency of offline of early weaning influence of severe sepsis patients by cluster nursing,prognostic level is good,which is to be used.
