澳大利亚翻译人才培养对我国MTI教育的启示——以麦考瑞大学为例 被引量:7

摘要 我国MTI教育培养了大量的翻译人才,为了进一步提高MTI教育水平,现在以澳大利亚麦考瑞大学为例,从政府、高校各自职能两个角度分析了澳大利亚翻译人才培养体系,指出翻译人才培养及行业发展应该纳入社会、经济整体发展框架,不能各自为战,理顺政府与高校关系。国家应该从全局把握行业发展方向,制定推动和保障行业发展的大政方针、法律法规;高校依据国家政策,以本地市场及社会需求为导向,进行课程设置、设定人才培养模式等,旨在能真正为社会培养出高质量、高素质、高水平的应用型翻译人才。 A great number of translation and interpreting personnel are being trained in China now. In order to improve MTI education, the current research analyzes the personnel training system of translation and interpreting in Macquarie University considering both governmental and university functions. As a result, translation and interpreting personnel training and its development should be included in social and economic scope. Therefore, with the goal of balancing the relationship between the government and university, policies and regulations should be implemented to ensure the development of translation and interpreting. Colleges and universities are supposed to set curriculum and personnel training mode based on the market demands and social needs. Thus more qualified and practical translation and interpreting personnel would be transferred to the society.
