农林院校《转基因生物安全》课程教学改革实践 被引量:3

摘要 该研究根据现代高等教育理念和农林院校专业特点,认为《转基因生物安全》课程教学存在的问题主要是缺乏通用的理论教材,教师学科知识广度亟待提高,学生基础薄弱,课堂上缺乏主动思考。《转基因生物安全》教学改革实践强调启发引导师生互动,提高学生的学习兴趣;采用PBL模式教学,调动学生的主观能动性;适量应用现代化教学手段,加深学生对核心知识的理解;及时调整教学大纲内容,紧跟学科发展前沿;改革成绩考核模式,提高课堂教学效果。本次教学改革对提升农林院校通识教育水平具有一定的促进作用。 According to the idea of modem high education and characteristic of agrict^ltural institution, we believed that the main problems in transgenic organism safety course included being short of general theory teaching material, the breadth of subject knowledge for teachers need to be improved, the basic knowledge of students being weakness, and students being lack in active deliberate. During the teaching reform and practice of transgenic organism safety course, we enlightened the interaction between the teacher and student to improve the interest of student in study, and aroused the subjective initiative of student by problem-based learning (PBL) teaching method. It helped the student to under- stand about the key knowledge by means of modern teaching measure. Further more, we timely updated the teaching content and closely grasped the foreword of subject development, and the effect of classroom teaching was enhanced markedly by reforming the method of score ex- amination as well. This teaching reform had a certain positive function on promoting the level of quality education for agricultural institution.
